Stoneweg as a PRI Signatory

We believe that responsible investing is crucial for protecting the value of investments.
Stoneweg has been signatory of the PRI (United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment) since August 2023, committed to integrating responsible investment practices.

Green Building Certifications

We are committed to advancing building certifications, recognizing the varying levels of ESG ambition and opportunities within our strategies.
Stoneweg has successfully obtained green certificates and/or implemented green initiatives across different strategies, including certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, Energy Star, or WELL.

ESG Asset Benchmarks & Third-party Assessments

We participate in the GRESB benchmarking process for our two listed entities, SERT and Varia US Properties. We also engage in additional third‑party assessments and non‑financial ratings on a case‑by‑case basis for specific funds and mandates.

ESG Data Collection and Performance Monitoring

We are committed to continue striving to improve the availability and quality of our ESG data. Several SaaS platforms and other tools support ESG data collection and monitoring of our operating assets.
