The new Hotel Mongibello in Ibiza, a property of BAIN Capital and Stoneweg, operated by Concept Hotel Group, evokes the Italian “Dolce Vita” with a Mediterranean touch.
The 136 rooms hotel opened its doors in June, with each suite paying homage to an iconic figure of Ibiza. The hotel also has a unique secret room, “Lola’s”, named after a mythical discotheque from the 60s and 70s. Hotel Mongibello boasts exclusive decorations, a vintage 1970s jukebox in the lobby, an iconic Alfa Romeo Spider in the building’s grand entrance, and romantic Italian details such as a Baroque-style fountain. The astronomic offer includes the Bar Aperitivo, which combines American cocktail culture with Italian sensibility, and the La Terrazza Restaurant, which presents an Italian-Mediterranean inspired menu, highlighting the season and local products.
