Experience
Experience as an Asset Class
Experience is what people take away with them when they leave or what they are looking for when they enter a special place.
Stoneweg has launched its experiential strategies in 2022, investing in promising activities such as sports, entertainment, culture and education.
Stoneweg Infrasports
Stoneweg Infrasports is a joint venture with Teras capital dedicated to the development of surfparks around Europe.
Surfing isn’t just a sport—it’s a lifestyle that’s rapidly growing worldwide. Yet, consistent, high-quality waves are often hard to come by, as they’re typically confined to coastal areas and at the mercy of unpredictable weather.
Our surf parks offer a revolutionary solution by delivering reliable, premium wave experiences for beginners, intermediates, and experts alike—whether in landlocked regions or coastal areas with inconsistent surf.
Two projects are currently being developed in Madrid and Birmingham, setting the stage to redefine the surfing experience across Europe.
