Located in the heart of Vallecas, in Madrid, this new project presents an apartment-hotel style building with 285 apartments surrounded by common areas and a shared pool.
BEXT Vallecas is a project of over 21,000 square meters. Its outstanding status comes from its iconic architecture, a project by Julio Touza from Touza Architects, in which Almar Consulting acts as project manager and ACR as leaders of construction.
BEXT Vallecas belongs to the Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio of Bext Space, and diligently follows the standards of quality and sustainability, in this case reaching the status of “Excellent” according to the Breeam certification.
Additionally, the building is set to provide services to future tenants, with set spaces for socializing as well as health and wellness leisure, co-working spaces, projection room, chill-out relaxing space, solarium, pool, gymnasium, common room, laundry room, and plenty of outdoor garden areas.
