Pictet Alternative Advisors and Stoneweg continue the expansion of their joint last-mile logistics platform, AXIS, with the acquisition of a high-quality, newly developed asset at Engelandlaan 3, Maastricht Airport. The scheme adds c. 10,250 sqm of flexible, sustainable logistics space across four units, strategically located within one of the Netherlands’ most connected logistics hubs.
The building, completed in May 2026, meets top-tier sustainability and technical standards, including EPC A+++++ certification and expected BREEAM “Very Good” rating. With strong pre-leasing momentum and robust tenant demand, the asset reinforces AXIS’s strategy of targeting prime small-to-medium logistics facilities in key Dutch corridors.
