Jaume Sabater is a former Director at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild S.A, specialized in real estate and alternative investments, where he was head of real estate and dedicated accounts. He was responsible for the launch of the first Swiss Real Estate SICAV (ERRES).

He studied Business administration at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona and obtained a master degree in international management from the Community of European Management Schools both in St Gallen University and ESADE Barcelona.

Joaquin Castellví is a seasoned investment professional with a strong background in transaction management across major consultancy firms, investment banks, and real estate development. Over his career, he has been directly involved in transactions exceeding €8 billion, specializing in deal structuring, asset acquisitions, and investment management. Joaquin co-founded Stoneweg in 2015 and is based in Geneva. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from Ramon Llull University.

Rui Inacio is a former co-manager of Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV, a Swiss-listed real estate fund with over CHF 800 million in assets.
He was a member of the Management Supervision Committee and the Pension Fund Real Estate Committee. He holds a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Geneva.

Susana Dans oversees HR for all Stoneweg offices globally. Her background includes seven years as an executive assistant in a private bank, and five years training and assessing employees as a Customer Service Manager at an international company. She holds a degree in hospitality and food management. She is also certified in private banking from ISFB and in management and human resources

Yvan Mermod was previously a Partner at KPMG Switzerland, where he oversaw the Investment Management sector for French-speaking Switzerland. He is especially knowledgeable on regulatory requirements and corporate governance (risk management, processes and internal controls).
Yvan holds a Msc in Economy & Finance from the University of Geneva and is a Swiss Certified Accountant with Advanced Federal Diploma.

Mark McLaughlin is a former founding partner at MC Property, he previously held various leadership positions, including Managing Director, Europe at Cromwell Property Group, responsible for €4bn of Assets Under Management across 12 European countries. Mark has overseen transactions exceeding €5bn across Europe. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dundee, Scotland, and certifications from INSEAD and City University of London. He is also a member of the RICS.

Xavier Pujol is a former project manager with an urban regeneration consultancy firm with a specific background in project finances.
He holds a MBA from ESADE in Barcelona.

Rafael Cerezo began his career in Barclays Plc and subsequently worked for more than 15 years at M&G Investments. He was based in London as a senior investor and fund manager within M&G’s restructuring and special situations team, most recently as co-head of the business.

Gregorio Pérez is the former Managing Director at Expert Timing Systems, an investment advisory firm in Madrid. Mr Pérez has an engineering and investment finance background with over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector. He graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (MSc).
