Varia US Properties AG, who’s Asset Manager is Stoneweg, released very strong HY 2021 results with a total income more than doubling to new record level of USD 113.2 million.
Portfolio value is now over 1bn$ for the 1st time since inception in 2015

- EBITDA of USD 33.5 million (+45.2%)
- Funds From Operations of USD 20.7 million (+82.1%)
- Earnings per share of USD 4.81 (30.6.20 USD 0.76)
