Stoneweg recently closed a multi-asset transaction of around 400 M EUR in Italy.
This complex transaction included the partial sale of the shares of the Pegasus fund, owning the iconic asset “V Pallazzo” rented by ENI, to Vittoria Assicurazioni.
At the same time, Stoneweg and its partner York Capital entered into 4 acquisitions of development projects alongside Vittoria Assicurazioni.
