Ultima Capital lists its shares on BX Swiss Exchange

Stoneweg, notably its Geneva team, had the pleasure to act as real estate advisor for Ultima Capital in the process of its listing with the BX Swiss exchange (Bern Stock Exchange).

The total private placement volume was approximately CHF 50 million. The shares were sold to a variety of international investors and investment funds.

Ultima Capital is a luxury real estate owner, developer and operator based in Zug. The company develops, holds and manages a portfolio of 32 hotels, residences, chalets, villas and plots across 12 properties. The group holds real estate assets valued at CHF 613 million and has an adjusted net asset value (excluding deferred tax) of CHF 397 million.

The locations of the properties in Switzerland and France include Gstaad, Schönried, Crans-Montana, Geneva, Megève and Courchevel. The offerings of the company aim at the upper segment of the leisure travel and hospitality sector, notably ultra-wealthy individuals.

Ultima Capital SA plans to expand into new locations, supported by its current cash availability of over CHF 115 million (including the capital increase and a new bank facility).
