Project Skyline is a marquee development taking place within central Madrid; this prestigious opportunity demonstrates the significant capabilities of Stoneweg in Spain given the total of 57.4k sqm being built over two substantial plots.
The developments are de-risked through the forward block sale of entire residential towers, as well as the sale of individual residential units. Stoneweg are also responsible for the delivery of additional office units on behalf of another investor group.
The project demonstrates the culmination of our experiences given our capacity to source and secure attractive investment opportunities, manage large-scale development projects and structure sales processes in order to de-risk exit strategies.
With an anticipated total investment of € 219.9 million, the project has a three-year investment lifecycle.
